We are a secluded, one site camp. Our home is 22 miles west of Albuquerque NM. Just 4 miles from i40. Adjacent to Navajo reservation where “Breaking Bad” was filmed. Hundreds of acres of naturalized land. Panoramic view of mountains and unobstructed view of the night sky. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and starry nights. We would love to share our homestead with you. Come unplug, Safe. Everybody welcome. Most of your questions are answered in this listing. Beautiful, secluded. Easy access from the highway. Helpful and welcoming hosts. - and they stayed out of your way once they introduced you to the property. They were nearby if you needed them. Beautiful sunset and sunrise, and awesome nighttime views of the sky !

Stars were beautiful
Very quiet and peaceful stay. Nice hiking nearby. Star gazing was wonderful. Saw my first moonrise. It was breathtaking.

This was a really nice spot to camp! We stayed one night on our way to Utah. The hosts were very nice and friendly, the property itself is beautiful. Was not hard to find even in the dark as we arrived later than expected.

Beautiful place to spend a night. Nice pavilion for making meals and having a tent platform was also a plus. The sunset and stargazing were just incredible.

peaceful and quiet
This was a perfect spot to stop and stay for a night. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. It was easy to find the camp site based on the instructions provided and the host came out to greet me upon arrival. The land is beautiful and the sunset/sunrise was stunning. There are places to sit (enough for a group of people) and the horseshoe game would be fun for groups. There is a nice shady ramada area with some picnic tables just a short walk from the camp area. The camp area is relatively close to the host’s home, but still felt very private and I didn’t see them after the initial greeting, just their small curious dog a few times. Make sure you read the whole HipCamp listing, as Jeanie mentions - you don’t want to be without your own toilet out there. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other self-contained campers, both solo and groups.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and their campsite is super cute and spacious. There is a nice covered pavilion with tables and seating, as well as a fire pit with seating. I felt very safe and would absolutely stay there again.
