Keep in mind that this is a rural property and to access this peaceful property there is a 7 mile dirt road. The closest paved road is by Valencia High School in the town of Los Lunas. The property is fenced, has a gate and has access to water and sewer. The Manzano Mountains and Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge are worthy areas to explore.
