This cabin sits on a ranch that's been in this breathtaking valley for generations. There are six other amazing cabins spread throughout the 40 acres. We are only 14 miles from Manzano Mountains and about 31 miles from Salinas Pueblo Missions National Park. This particular cabin was once a pig barn and this ranch was once a fully operational ranch that served its owners and community so well. Wide open fields with grass that sways in the gentle breeze, pinon a cedar trees that provide cover to the deer that graze and bed down across the property and some of the most stunning views come together to create an experience that will stick with you an entire lifetime. 4WD is recommended to reach the cabin safely. We purchased this ranch in the winter of 2021 and are just so grateful for the chance to love and care for it...and share it with YOU! Provided there are not fire bans, enjoy snugging up to a warm campfire.

      RURAL HIDEAWAY on 40 Acre Ranch
      I loved staying in Alicia's cabin. It was so thoughtfully appointed and had everything we possibly needed. The cabin was exceptionally cozy and comfortable, as well as very stylish! We really enjoyed the wood burning stove and it kept us quite warm. Alicia was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

      This place is absolutely amazing!!! It’s set up for anything you need. Nice and quiet and peaceful yet all the modern conveniences. We loved the woodburning stove and the good old fashioned way to keep warm

      OFF GRID Luxury Cabin
      Far exceeded expectations!
      This place was incredible! It had everything thing we needed and more, was clean, and in a beautiful location! Alicia is a great host and communicator and made us feel at home. I wish we would have had more time here.

      COTTAGE CABIN on 40 Acre Ranch
      During our Amtrak train trip from Los Angeles to Kansas City we made a short two day stop in New Mexico and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. After the train ride and a day of sightseeing in Albuquerque we were really looking forward to some peace and quiet, which we certainly found at Alicia's ranch. The cabin is beautifully situated, surrounded by breathtaking New Mexico scenery, is very cozy and we really enjoyed watching the night sky views from the balcony. We had a fantastic, memorable stay!

      Perfectly Primitive Log Cabin
      This place is so perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. Very cozy and well thought out. Would definitely stay here again of headed back through the area.
