The Gonna Do Ranch is one-half mile from Highway 550, on the north side of Los Pinos. The ranch is convenient, to charge your battery, fill your water, sleep, then hit the road in the morning. Two rv sites. One with 30 amp, ,and water, one without. Both are easy back in, or drive though. Restaurants, groceries, gasoline and diesel fuel are one mile in Cuba. We don’t offer a toilet, or shower. Dogs are absolutely welcome, though the ranch is not fenced. Dump your holding tanks at fairgrounds, three miles from the ranch, local gas station/minimart The fee is ~$12.00.The campsites are just off of paved Los Pinos Road, one half mile from 550. The main site is wide enough to open slides on both sides of a camper

EZ off Hwy 550. Host exceptionally accommodating. Went to star gaze & found the cloud formations thrilling. Very pretty area for those interested in geology or simply natural beauty.

Randy was very nice and the price was very reasonable. However the ground was not very level and we had to compensate for that by using blocks for the trailer. The biggest concern I had was the site had tons of broken glass or short plastic all over the ground and I would be concerned about to puncturing a tire. An RV site should not have any sharp glass of plastic all over the ground. Also, when we arrived we were told that the water wasn't functioning properly but he could probably take care of it. We had our own water which we used but that is also something that should be ready before someone shows up to camp. Other than we had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Great stop in a great location.
23 ft Class C · With kids
Randy did a great job of coordinating with us and getting us into the spot. although it was a little hard to find he made it as easy as possible. I think he is working on fixing it but the actual mapped location takes you to a small RV park down the road so hopefully he will get that fixed if not it’s just a little past there on the left, nestled up against a cool little cliff structure. Once you get there spot for the rig is perfect and is a really cool place to stay for the night and we loved the big moon and the coyotes howling in the distance. only about an hour outside of Albuquerque, but it feels a world away. Thanks, Randy, and we look forward to staying again the next time we’re passing through!
