11 RV Back In Site

This was our first experience in an RV park, and I have to say that our host was a great help! We pulled in just before midnight our first night. He came out and directed us to our campsite offering us one that was farther from the road. He also helped signal my husband so he could back in and offered help if we needed anything. The campsite was peaceful we all felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot with water, sewer and electric. Laundry room is an added bonus. Suggest to book directly, as not all hipcamp reservations are being communicated to host, (including mine). Luckily there was a spot open and Gil was very accommodating.

The sites were clean and I felt safe. There was confusion upon check in - someone was in our reserved spot. I called the number on the office door and the man stated they don't really use hipcamp, but we were in luck as there was a different open site.

Clean and quiet

Clean and quiet. A little off the beaten path and out of town but after reading reviews of the places in town this seemed like a good option for us. Note that there seemed to be a communication issue between hip camp and the sit. Property manager Gil was very helpful and friendly.

Greeted with a smile. And very accommodating. Felt comfortable and safe. Space is fine for a nights stay. Washer and dryer were handy but check the dryer lint filter before using it!

Well kept camp with small town feel

This was a convenient location near Carlsbad Caverns (30 minutes away) and 15 minutes from many dining options. The camp host (Gil) was very welcoming and knowledgeable about where to stop and places to eat as we planned to head West towards White Sands National Park. The campground is small but well appointed with enough space and privacy between spots.
