Biking available in area around Rio Rancho, hiking in the Sandias. Balloon fiesta will be approaching. Local breweries close by in area.Driveway is asphalt millings. Can pull RV through. Gate on both sides for easy entry/exit . Private , safe and secure. Very clean location, quite area, fitness centers, trails, hiking and bosque close by. Nice area lots of space for parking easy access to get in and out! Grocery stores and Walmart are close by! Close to mall and Sams Club or Costco!

Awesome place

Very spacious and easy access. We felt comfortable and very safe. Sandy and her husband were very nice host and Sandy answered my text promptly. So glad we found this beautiful place. We even got to see the hot air balloons flying over our campsite. Awesome place.

Awesome Stay

Awesome Stay, great site set up, safe and secure property, water and electric and closed in large area for the dog to run.. Great host, commication was wonderful! I highly recommend this Hipc Camp site

Little Piece of Tranquility

Cliff and Sandy greeted us right away and they were both so kind and accommodating. They live in a beautiful area, peaceful and quiet even though they live near a road. Their property is fenced in and gated so there is a feeling of security. Plus you have the place all to yourself. (aside from Cliff and Sandy, of course!) They recommended a wonderful restaurant not far from their place and we loved it. (Tap & Tacos) We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area!

Exceeded our expectations

This was a last minute find for us when our usual campground didn’t have space for us. We booked a 1 week stay and it truly exceeded our expectations. It is a short drive from RT 40 on excellent highways. The site is located in a gorgeous subdivision in which the owners have a well appointed property to accommodate rvs. There is a spacious turn around area, cement pad and full hook ups. The property is fully fenced and gated which lent itself to not only a great sense of security but allowed our traveling pitty girls a chance to run and play safely off leash for a few days. We travel this way often and will definitely visit this site again and again. Thank you Sandy!!

Sandy and Rudy were awesome hosts. They were very responsive to any questions we had. Rudy met us when we arrived and provided excellent references for local attractions and events. I would highly recommend staying here.
