Very off the grid community where we are building an Earthship, a TaosComedy kiva, a wallipini and other fun stuff sustainably. We have two out houses, a composting toilet, two schoolies, a few sheds, a couple campers, and a pit garden. One of the campers will become a community kitchen very soon. You will need a vehicle with high clearance and four-wheel drive, preferably.World record holding comedian Chad Riden's Chaderossa seeks to become a self-sufficient, off the grid, sustainable community for comedians and comedy fans. Several construction projects are concurrently underway using sustainable modern and ancient techniques with a focus on sustainability, upcycled materials, and carbon neutral practices. There is no such thing as trash or garbage everything must be upcycled. Very Burning Man vibe. Roads are terrible. You need high clearance and 4x4 is preferred.

This location creates a very unique experience. Chad (the owner) gave us a meeting point to guide us to the place and it is really strange and dizzying to watch your GPS becoming crazy as you get near. In terms of facilities just expect the bare minimum: a dry toilet. There is however good network coverage. If you want to experience nothingness, close to the earthship project and meet a friendly host with great stories about the location, you know where to go.
