This charming land has been in the family since my husband was a young boy. The Indian ruins and artifacts fascinated him then and he is still happy to share this history with whoever shows an interest. With all the improvements made by his father and family through the years, you will also learn to have a love for the history and beauty here on this unique 30-acre treasure.  You can explore Native American ruins that were inhabited by some 2,000 people between 700-1100 AD. The grounds are wonderful to walk with a little lake which draws elk, deer, hawks, blue herons, etc. Easy to access just 3 minutes off I-25. We are 5 minutes away from the Pecos Natl Monument and 15 minutes away from the Pecos River with plenty of great fishing spots…Visit Santa Fe (20-minute drive) or Las Vegas (30-minute drive) with dozens of restaurants, museums, art galleries, etc. We look forward to your stay!

OpenSky-Full Hookups!
Agua de Vida is lovely
We had a lovely stay at Agua de Vida. The property is beautiful and Brenda was available to help us with any questions and just general information. We had nice conversations with her and her husband and loved spending time with their precious dog, Nanny. They have great sites for tenting and RV’s. We’d recommend it.

The Cove Campsite
Tranquility
This campsite offers a delightful experience with well-maintained facilities, including easy access to bathrooms and showers. The serene pond, complete with a dock, adds to the charm, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The meandering trails around the property enhance the natural beauty and offer a peaceful escape into nature. Overall, this secluded location is ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Highly recommended for campers looking for comfort and tranquility.

The Avenue Campsite
Arrive in the daylight
I recommend arriving during the daylight. It did seem like campsites were well set apart. I arrived at night and was unable to locate the bathhouse. The host said that I could not miss the bathhouse, but I did. It was raining and dark. So I ended up leaving. I might have seen the bathhouse on the way out, but it wasn’t on the left side of the road as she wrote, so I don’t know if that was it. The host did offer to show me around, but I was worn out, and had already decided to leave. My guess is that it’s a lovely place. It just didn’t work for me. Multiple friendly cats came to visit me when I was briefly at my site.

OpenSky-Full Hookups!
Excellent camping near Santa Fe
We enjoyed our 3 nights! We were in Open Sky, which is the middle spot between the other 2 large full hookup sites but still gave us plenty of space. The sunsets were very special! We were a little confused upon arrival as the hookups aren’t exactly where we expected, but we figured it out. Had to run sewer hose under our trailer to opposite side. We didn’t wander around too much but there was definitely a lot more to explore on the property. Very beautiful and peaceful. Recommend heading to Quick Burger down the road for at least one meal, soooo good! Santa Fe isn’t too far, we went down to the Plaza daily.
