Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight. We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome. Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks. We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away. Van Travelling with my Dogs!

That Dome Home RV Site was a perfect spot to tuck my van in for the night. I arrived just after dark and was only there for a rest before heading to my event early in the morning. I was still cheerfully greeted by Janissa & Jesse. They made sure I knew the logistics of the site and showed me their AMAZING fenced yard for my dogs. I only wish I stayed longer, as the yard had a fire pit with chairs and I know my dogs would have loved to run around as well! It was a very quiet night as we slept peacefully. The site was perfect - level and secure. I would definitely recommend this HipCamp site and certainly would stay again if in the area. Thank you to Janissa & Jesse for sharing your awesome space with us travelers!

Amazing spot!!

Janissa was an incredible host. She so kindly greeted us, gave us info about the area, and showed us where we could camp. The location is PERFECT for getting into LBI, and it was so great to have a spot to sleep in our truck that felt like home.

We were hurrying through and just stopped for 1 evening. For us it was the perfect rest stop. Could have taken better advantage of what Janissa had to offer if we stayed in the area a couple days. Here’s what we enjoyed while there. A quiet and level camper spot. Access to big backyard which the dogs had lots of room to roam. Dog loved it. Access to 110v and water. Easy access to parkway and away we went. Thanks again Jannisa for the hospitality.!

Great location. Felt safe.

Very easy access. Flat site. We basically used it as a site to park and sleep for the night. Perfect location for our bird photography trips. Hosts are extremely friendly. Had no problem with us coming and going, even after dark.
