We're located on 17 acres with a beautiful creek running through the property. This is a single site, so you'll have the whole place to yourself. You can drive your vehicle to the site just by driving up the left side of the yard to the entrance of the main trail for about .25 miles. There is an open area the right of the driveway where you're welcome to park if you don't feel comfortable driving back there. Our property is surrounded by trees, ferns, and is extremely private. The campsite is right by the creek so you will hear the creek. I have a hammock by the creek. Lots of frogs, salamanders, and minnows. Lots of noise from the insects at night which is always nice. Stars are also nice at night. There is a red-tailed hawk and other cool birds that fly around the property frequently. The property has different hiking trails along the creek for you to explore. The purple trail will bring you along the creek with overlooking views of the waterfall and the creek. Your site will come with a firepit close to the creek. I will have bundles of wood for $10. There is also a bunch of sticks and logs by the fire pit and all over the woods that you are welcome to burn. Bring your pets! We're dog friendly and they can party off leash. This location is basically your own private state park. We are about 10-13 minutes from exit 12 and exit 4 on rt 80. We're very close to the Lakota Wolf Preserve where you can see wolves and coyotes. We're 15 minutes to the Delaware Water Gap. The Delaware Water Gap is a water gap on the border of the U.S. states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania where the Delaware River cuts through a large ridge of the Appalachian Mountains. We're also close to the Worthington State Forest, which has more than 6,400 acres for you to explore. We're also near Jenny Jump State Park. Van Campens Glenn, Tubing or kayaking down the Delaware river, Buttermilk Falls, Bushkill falls, Mt Tammany via red dot trail, Sunfish Pond, Dunfield Creek, Ghost Lake, Jenny Jump, Catfish Station Fire Tower, Swartswood Lake, white lake, Paulinskill river, are some recommendations. Locally, there's Blairstown Dairy, which has delicious homemade ice cream. There is also a grocery store (Acme) and restaurants nearby. Races Farmers Market is right down the street open everyday 9-6. Buckhill Brewery, Brook Hollow Winery, Alpine Butcher, and Blairstown Airport (Airport Cafe) are all less than 10 minutes away. This is also where Friday the 13th was filmed! Lots of wildlife. Please be mindful of your surroundings. We're located on 17 acres with a beautiful creek (Yards Creek) running through the property. If you aren't comfortable doing that, you can park in the open area in the front yard and walk your gear back there (or I can help bring the gear back to the fire pit with my quad if I am home). I have a foldable portable toilet with bags I can leave out by the fire pit. I can supply a 7 gallon water container filled with potable water if needed. This is also where Friday the 13th was filmed! Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Lots of wildlife. Please be mindful of your surroundings.

Sunshine ranch was a gem. The site was secluded, adjacent to a peaceful creek, and equipped with all the campfire necessities - the perfect recipe for a great time. The site also had plenty of space to host a large group comfortably. Eric was informative, attentive and kind as a host. Would definitely visit again!

Loved the site. Eric and Liz have a beautiful large piece of land with an amazing stream. They communicated well, were accommodating, very friendly, and down to earth. We had a good deal of rain for our trip but were well prepared and had a amazing time. The site accommodated 4 trucks easily with plenty more room to spread out. The lower section right on the water has its own little fire ring where we spent most nights gathered until we retired. There are no other camping sites on the property so we had the remote area to ourselves. We hit the local brewery one afternoon and discovered a ton of local shops nearby to buy farm fresh eggs, veggies, and meats for our next trip to this amazing gem of a site.

This site was perfect for our 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a steep-ish path to get a serene rocky creek (and a perfectly placed hammock). If your kids are old enough to go explore, this place is incredible. Thank you Eric for sharing your beautiful land with us.

This is an amazing, beautiful and secluded site! We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend camping here with our friends and our kids. Best creek ever! It was so peaceful to sleep near, and our kids had a blast exploring and finding frogs. Eric was super helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. There was plenty of wood around for our fires. We left with plans to come back!
