Learn more about this land: Please READ to avoid confusion!! We are not regular RV/Trailer park. We are an active horse/cattle farm with both indoor and outdoor arena. We often hold ranch sorting events and training. So we provide a few 30A RV outlet for visitors. There is hydrant available to fill up your freshwater tank. Not a full hookup as you expected in campground. We also provide RVs for rent or rooms in the house. The entire farm is flat with plenty parking space. The entrance may look like a narrow long driveway, the parking lot behind building is huge, even for big truck to make U-turn.

Just okey.

The camper van was very clean. Huge shower, very friendly dogs at the farm. There is no sheets on the bed. I wasn’t available to take pictures of the horses. I’m not sure the lady was very upset.

We were met by Steve as we pulled in, and were greeted warmly and shown where to park. We were facing the horse corral, and enjoyed watching the different horses across from us. We traveled into Philly the next day, and felt quite comfortable leaving our RV on the property. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are wanting to spend some time in this area.

It was a good place to stay. There aren’t a lot of places near by that allow campers so it worked, but the spot is right up in the day to day of the horse farm and not private at all. It was nice enough, but they did let there dogs run free which wouldn’t have been an issue expect there was lack of voice control that made it tricky for us to take our dogs out without being approached by the other pups and our dogs found it difficult since the listing states dogs must be on leashes so it was uncomfortable encounters. Overall we had a nice stay, but I can’t say we will be back.

The owner of the RV and staffs were really friendly and helpful. Perfect for those who have never had experience staying over in RV. It’s not too far from the Wharton national forest.

Pulled in easy and set up with Steve’s assistance. He was very nice and helpful. We got to see the horses and cows and the kids enjoyed getting up front ideas on how much goes into running a farm. It’s a great option for a quiet place to stop along a road trip.
