This field is available for dry camping, meaning there is no water or sewage hookup and everything is pack in, pack out. A fire pit is also available for use. The property also has friendly goats that love attention. Short distance from back bays, ocean, trails, beaches and an incredible amount of tourist attractions the Cape May County area has to offer!Located in the southern most portion of the sandy New Jersey Pine Barrens, is the opportunity to have an affordable stay minutes from shore towns like Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods & Cape May! This is a partially cleared patch of land situated on the back of the property. Friendly goats on the property and love attention and snacks! The field is available for “dry camping”/pack in-pack out, and at the moment there is no water/toilet (besides the trees & woods). Provided fire pit. (Bring own wood) Short distance from back bays, ocean, trails, beaches and an incredible amount of tourist attractions the Cape May County area has to offer!

Friendly host, easy check in. A nice peaceful place to sleep if you are visiting Cape May/Wild wood area. Easy to follow directions to the site the goats and chickens were cute. We would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks Tom

Tom’s land was a perfect place to spend the evening. It was secluded, quiet and had lots of firewood to burn! We would definitely stay again!

Great little spot to post up.

Toms place was perfect, just an empty space in a field, but that’s exactly what we wanted. Space to do our own thing. Felt private and secluded from surroundings. PLENTY of firewood to use. Would stay again!

Great for star gazing

The lot is very quiet and peaceful. The area is quite dark, perfect for star gaming. The host was responsive to questions as well as providing information
