10 Acres of forest with a farm, ponds, streams and minutes from Ragged Mountain. Close to Newfound lake, Ruggles mine, Lake Sunapee. Great for summer activities and winter skiing. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. Fall leaf peeping. All organic sustainable farming and living. We never use chemicals or poisons.

Quiet Winter Camp
18 ft campervan ·
Melissa made things easy. Simple directions and our hosts had cleared out a nice level spot for our truck camper in the snow covered drive. While fairly close to the road in, it was quiet and private. We woke up to the trees covered in snow and a lovely sunrise. If you’re looking for a spot with easy access to skiing or other winter activities, I highly recommend this camp.

Great stay! Backed our truck camper right into the spot and it was perfect. Picnic table, bundle of wood and fire pit right there. Melissa was very responsive to any questions we had. The dogs loved bombing around the woods and we found some good hiking spots to get to real close by.

The site was very unprepared for arriving guests. Grass very high, tent site(s) not adequate space for regular sized 2 or 3 person tents, fee was advertised to include firewood which was not available until we had to ask and then it was wet, green wood. Campsite had not been raked up or cleaned up as bird droppings all over the camp chairs that were on-site and the picnic table surface covered with dust and pine needles. Overall...needs to be maintained and cleaned up to make it more welcoming to guests. Only potable water at host's home via garden hose. Two or so big (potentially dangerous) potholes at the entrance that could be a hazard for a vehicle or to step into. Simply stated this site was not "as advertised" and not worth the fee that was assessed.
