Frogton Pond is a boarding farm located on 105 acres of forest with hiking trails. Our bell tent is located on the main farm where you will see horses and clients going about their day.
Our tent features a cozy bed, fire pit, access to a camping stove, and seating to watch the stars over the field.
A bathroom is located in our barn along with a lounge where you will have access to a fridge, kettle, and microwave that is shared with our farm clients.
At night the stargazing is wonderful and hearing the forest nightlife from both animals in the forest and the horses is very peaceful.
Aside from the trails on our property you can also find trails on our road and nearby. There is also boating and swimming areas near the farm.Frogton Pond Horse Farm is a working boarding and showing facility located on 105 acres of forest and wetlands. We have hiking trails on our property and there are also trails nearby.
Our campsite is located in the middle of the farms action. You will see our clients coming and going and people here caring for the farm. The bathroom and lounge are located in our barn a short walk from the campsite. It’s a peaceful farm with a friendly barn-family atmosphere.
Your site will have a fire pit and chairs to relax and watch the farm during the day at stargaze and listen to forest sounds at night. Board games and cards if you like them. We can provide a camp stove if you’d like and our barn has a communal lounge where you’ll have access to the bathroom, a fridge, microwave, sink, and a hot water kettle. It’s Recommended to keep food and cleanup in the lounge as there is wildlife in the forest. Along with the horses on our farm, it’s also home to three friendly barn cats. (We do ask that you not feed the horses.)
Nearby there are several locations to swim, boat, and hike. During the warmer months there are also many farmers markets around. Nearby in Peterborough there are some wonderful shops and restaurants to check out.
