5 acres hosted by Sara Britt G.
Echo Hill Farm is a traditional New England-style farm built in 1782 and still actively used for animal-raising and gardening. With just under 5 acres of mostly cleared land, the property boasts beautiful open sky views ideal of star-gazing on clear nights. Behind the main house sits a small pond home to various wildlife, including bass and frogs. In the winter the pond freezes over, providing a perfect ice skating playground, even into the evening under the lights raised above the ice. Various types of wildlife frequent the property including wild turkeys and deer who come to visit our apple trees.
Centrally located, the mountains, the lakes region or the ocean are only an hour away from this quiet locale. There's even a farm-based Brewery 0.5 miles down the road with Pleasant Lake only 2.5 miles away.
