This land "declaration" is a mostly forested 1.4 acre piece of land that borders the Mascoma River. While civilization (Enfield and Canaan, NH) is only minutes away, there are plenty of trees for some privacy, and a good driveway and an electrical hookup for an RV. There is also a campfire/tent area. Note no potable water supply or toilet as of yet on the property. Nearby are many activities for those who love the outdoors. Most of the surrounding area is forested and sparsely populated. Goose Pond and Mascoma Lake are just minutes away, offering swimming and boating and fishing. Declaration on Mascoma River
this is a great spot. Super private. We were not able to stay as our 36 foot long camper fit but wouldn't get level. This is no fault to the person with the site, and I'd gladly go back with a shorter camper or even a tent.

Won't be back
As long ad you didn't venture off the parking/firepit area you were OK. Very small with lots of glads and garbage

Great little piece of woods with electric available and they are working on water. Some road noise from early morning and afternoon commuters but otherwise very quiet.

Convenient.
Good spot for a stopover. Loved the power hookup. Very convenient to lots of stuff in the upper valley.
