Hello, this Cedar Cabin is located on a private Dead End Road with direct ATV and snowmobile access from the cabin, this area is also known for great Wildlife moose, deer and much more. 10 minutes from the location is little diamond and big diamond pond great fishing and kayaking. The property is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, gazebo with fire pit in the center. property has power a functional toilet in the cabin along with a shower, also has a Porter potty insert outhouse. There are three beds inside the cabin, **please bring your own bedding** and feel free to set up as many tents that will fit along with Easy Ups.Campsite is located in Colebrook New Hampshire right near lots of rivers, streams, big diamond and small diamond pond, Trail access right from the property for ATVs and snowmobiles. This site makes for a great hunting camp, family camping trip, guys weekend/ girls weekend trips. (The Cabin) has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom a twin size mattress on the top and a pull out couch/ Heat and AC from a wall mount unit mini split/ Bathroom with a toilet and shower/ Kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. (Outside Kitchen) the outside kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, gas flat top, refrigerator, grilling utensils, stainless steel counters.(Gazebo with fire pit) the Gazebo is a nice relaxing area on a covered deck with a built-in fire pit in the middle. The reason for the lower nightly cost is because ***This Camp is a carry-in carryout*** due to the location being so remote there is no way for someone to come in and clean it at this time, so please leave it the way it was found or better and there will be no cleaning fees charged at booking. (Please do not leave anything behind in the fire pit, refrigerator, outdoor kitchen, outhouse, inside the cabin, or on property) (please clean the grills after using them and refill the propane at a store in town called ducrets) (umbrellas for the outside tables are inside the outhouse please put them back after using them also please put all outdoor furniture and amenities cornhole boards, torch, splitting axe back in the original placement if moved) I ask that you treat the camp as it was yours, so the next renter after you enjoys it as you did. Thanks Anthony B.
