There are also mountains in the distance for a pleasant vista in the mornings. You will be drydocking as there is nothing but land please carry out your garbage. The property is about 45-50 minutes from Rye Patch State Park where there is fishing, boating. WiFi , showers, picnic tables.They have rv and tent .sites but get filled quicklySet you RV or tent up on 39 acres of dessert sage with a view of mountains in the distance. There is swimming and canoeing st Rye Patch Reservoir about 45 minutes away.
