This is a very nice quiet neighborhood off the busy Las Vegas strip. Experience all the outdoors close by the camp site and be able to visit Las Vegas as the sun goes down. A few of the outdoor activities include hiking, mountain biking in Boulder City, Lake Mead, and Lake Las Vegas. Kayak, canoe down the Colorado River, visit the hot springs on the river. Visit Nelson ghost town and tour the mine. Boulder City is a short 10 minute drive and has many family owned restaurants and businesses.
The property is a 39 ft. motor home with three slide outs. Plenty of room for 6 people. Full kitchen and bathroom, queen size bed in its own bedroom. Outside you have your own entrance and courtyard to relax in.
The owner lives on sight, so if you have any questions I am close by.Peaceful Country is located in a rural setting of Henderson, NV. It’s close to the River Mountains Loop Trail that is well known for biking, jogging, walking, even horseback riding. We offer extra parking if you want to bring your boat to spend time on Lake Mead. We are a short drive to the sparkling lights and excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. We are about 3 hours away from Zion and Bryce National Parks with all they have to offer. If you prefer hiking closer, Red Rock is a short drive away. Historic Boulder City is a fun place to spend the day, from breakfast at the world renown Coffee Cup to the Boulder Dam Hotel where Hollywood stars stayed during the 30's and 40's. It also houses the Boulder City Hoover Dam Museum, and the Boulder Art Guild which has many samples of local artistic talent. Eldorado Canyon Mine Tours in Nelson, NV feature the historical Techatticup Mine which is the oldest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada.
The property is a 39 foot Motor Coach with 350sf of living space. There is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. In the living area are two sofas. One folds into a double sized bed. There is a TV and wifi to the property. The kitchen has all you will need if you would like to cook. There is also a nice sized refrigerator. Two new AC units were just installed along with a separate unit in the bedroom. There is a bathroom and also a shower.
