Welcome to our campground! We are a "Roadside" Campground that offers the convince of easy on/off access to Hwy 90 and the close proximity to Bozeman. We are adjacent to Hwy 90 and the Montana Rail System. We have a variety of options that should suit just about anyone. We are near Yellowstone National Park as well as Bozeman, MT which offers all types of recreational opportunities e.g. hiking, fishing, climbing, skiing, cycling and running trails. VanGoBoon is the perfect "Pull-in for the Night" as well as week-long stays! Most of our sites are SELF-CONTAINED. We have 4 sites that have electric and water hookups. (20,30,50amp) The lawn area has horseshoes, frisbee golf, and corn toss. We mostly offer dry campsites for overnight stays for vans, tents or RVs . Most sites are on concrete slabs so they are level and the property has grass areas with trees as well. FYI: Great site if you like trains! An important part of Montana’s commerce is transportation by rail so there will be highway and train noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to have noise-cancelation devices handy. Private spots between trees but near freeway for easy access. Our 2 horses have been a favorite with young campers along with the open yet private campsites! We look forward to welcoming you!

There are a ton of better options.
The hosts run their dogs around the property off-leash, harbor at least one very aggressive dog (bit me and caused some pretty bad injuries to my dog) and don’t clean up after their horses when they crap in the campsites. It’s super loud because of the highway and passing trains. There are no trails or anything walkable from the campground. There’s bull thistle everywhere on the lawn, so make sure to keep shoes on and watch where your dog (which I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND bringing) is going. The shower is not warm enough to use late Sept/early Oct (daytime highs in the low 70’s). There are disabled septic connections, but don’t try. When I was staying, nobody was there more than a night or two (besides one other person), but there is a lot of traffic from people staying the night, which made me uncomfortable about leaving anything outside or in my vehicle. It was relatively inexpensive and very accessible from i90, but those are the only two perks. Summary - if you can comfortably stay in your vehicle/trailer for the duration, don’t care about walking around, sleep deeply and are unbothered by loud noises, and don’t feel like googling something better in all ways, Godspeed…

Super clean!
Not a lot of people so the campsite was very quiet other than the train and the people were really nice and the bathrooms were super clean. Actually all of the campsite was super clean. We'll definitely go back!

Reliable, clean and easy...
This is such a unique and nice camp site. When everything else was booked for the weekends we could always find a site. Always clean, sites with full hook ups and located close to Bozeman and climbing craigs. I would come again for sure. Oh and the trains we not a big deal for us. Great site....

For a quick overnight in Montana en route to our home in Idaho, this was a clean, convenient, well thought out place to stay. The upgrade from porta potty to a clean and spacious bathroom with an outside solar shower was appreciated. Lovely flowers and spacious sites communicate owners that care about the travelers they serve. Thanks
