My property is less than a mile off MT-83, between Seeley Lake and Condon. I back up to both Lolo and Flathead National Forest. Less than a quarter mile from the back of my land are trail systems for all kinds of recreation. Off road, hunting, hiking, fishing. Minutes to Lindbergh Lake. Only 15 minutes to all Seeley Lake has to offer. Enjoy the wilderness as your backyard, but still have easy access to town and great ATT cell service. The access road is a little rough, but I can get my 40ft class A up with no issue.
Super nice people and great spot. Easy to get in and out. I had mechanical issues so it was hard to get loaded but otherwise would have been a piece of cake. It’s in the middle of nowhere and also close enough if you were to need supplies.

This spot was quiet and private with a great view between the trees. It felt close to where we wanted to spend our days and was restful when we returned for the evening. Niccole is friendly and easy to communicate with.

Perfect day trip Montana location!

Nice spot out of the way but close to amazing Montana activities. Quintessential Montana views from our site. Easy water access and nice electrical hook up. Niccole was friendly and accomodating when we wanted to add a night last minute. Highly recommend for a quiet no fuss site to come home to after your daily adventures. Kinda nice to watch the sun come up as you sip your coffee looking at the mountains.

Scenic & safe but small & not level
25 ft travel trailer · With pets ·
We enjoyed our stay overall. It was a scenic, quiet location that felt completely safe. The two downsides are that the site is definitely not “laser leveled” as mentioned in the listing—probably 4-6” difference side to side and another 6” front to back. The other downside is that there isn’t a ton of usable space. Our 6 x 12 rug was on a slope, and it made us not want to hang out outside as much. The other site appeared to be much more level, but another RV was there even though it appeared no one was actually occupying the site. Overall, it’s a perfectly peaceful retreat & we enjoyed our stay, but we may not race back to book it again. Niccole was great to work with.
