We can’t wait to share our land with you! Get away from it all and get under the Big Sky. Close to the freeway for easy access but adjacent to over 200 acres of beautiful farmland, you’ll experience Montana’s wildlife and have beautiful Mountain views when you stay at Primrose Meadows. There are few trees in the property, it’s mostly rolling hills with some trails to walk and plenty of space between sites! This property has a railroad track that runs next to the property that sometimes toots it’s horn, if you’re a light sleeper this is something you should consider! We are close to Council Grove and Frenchtown Pond which are both great swimming holes! You can also coordinate with us for cross-country skiing or head to Snowbowl for local downhill skiing! We are close to Missoula should you need any services in town.Get away from it all and get under the Big Sky. Loved this camping area. Several sites to choose from and plenty of distance between other campers. Erin was very helpful and a great host!

I loved tent camping at this site! Although my partner and I headed into town throughout the day to go visit my brother at University of Montana, it was such a lovely stay to watch the sunset and sleep! Erin was also so kind when greeting us. Definitely recommend!

Scenery was outstanding, lots of wildlife, my Lab had a great time exploring the area. Erin was awesome, made us feel welcome , Would definitely return.

Such a lovely place to camp for a few days while we enjoyed Missoula. Very easy to find and the bathroom was well stocked. Heard the train a few times our 2nd night but wasn’t too loud. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever passing thru Montana!

This was my first Hipcamp so I have nothing compare to. The booking was easy and communication ​with Erin was good. I really liked the setting with great views. The sites were open but widely spaced. I'd definitely​ go there again.

Primrose Meadows
This is a great Hipcamp Location. Several site options all of which appeared level. The restroom facility was spotless. As far as the railroad tracks, it appears to be a short line and only used to shuttle an occasional string of a few cars so, noise was a non issue. In fact, this location is very quiet with great views and plenty of stars. Communication with the host was excellent.
