Forest with Glacier Park Views!
Secluded deep woods camping
Beautiful deep woods camping.
It rained quite a bit days before we arrived in our vintage travel trailer. The
Road that goes to the Penny Polebridge was very muddy and after we contemplated what could happen we choose to pull around to main road. There was one tent set pretty far back from us so we parked on a more gravel road. We were quiet no complaints from anyone. Definitely the site where we were going to stay had a beautiful
Tiny house that would have been shaking the spot. There were no residents at the time. There is no signal.

Penny: Tiny House w/Glacier Views!
Great escape from reality
What a treasure! Kristen’s special place was as quiet and secluded as we could have imagined. The views were a wonderful surprise too!
We ‘roughed’ it with limited water and no electricity but the bed was super comfy and the space was modern and very *cool.*
We hung a hammock by the very nicely established fire pit and enjoyed a relaxing few days off-grid. Ate too many pastries from the Mercantile, but it was worth it. 😊
A perfect base camp to visit Polebridge, Whitefish and Glacier. Hope to visit again once propane, water and solar are installed!

Beauty and privacy.
Beautiful, well appointed cabin in the remote woods. There is abundant wildlife and easy access to river activities and the park.

Feels like luxury camping!
Our experience at the tiny house was wonderful. I would definitely come back! Kristen was a very helpful host who went above and beyond by even answering questions about river float recommendations. The house itself was awesome. We were needing a step above tent camping and this allowed us to spread out a little without having to worry about bears or thunderstorms (both of which we saw!). It was totally clean, very easy to stay in and there were really nice touches everywhere (from the lovely outdoor area, to the free cereal, to the detailed instructions on how to use the composting toilet!). I cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be able to use it again! Thank you, Kristen! (and yes...we saw a bear :))

Cozy Off-the-grid Getaway
Quaint, cozy tiny home that is a neat way to go off the grid for a few days while visiting Glacier. Kristen provided plenty of knick-knacks and detailed instructions to make our stay comfortable.

Love the Polebridge Penny!
We love the Polebridge Penny! It’s straight out of a magazine, complete with a gorgeous view of Glacier National Park. The sound of the creek below was lovely to listen to while relaxing in the chairs around the fire pit. The tiny is a perfect mix of rustic and homey comforts. The roads are very bumpy (dirt and gravel), but we were able to drive them just fine with a minivan. If you are planning on driving through Glacier’s Going to the Sun Road to get to Polebridge, make sure to get your ticket reservation way in advance or you can reach through Columbia Falls. The Polebridge Ranger Station is sweet and they are helpful if you run into a parking full situation at Bowman Lake or Kintla Lake. Kristen was a great host-very quick to reply and she has a fantastic binder full of information about the tiny and the area.
