Montana Old West Campground at Fenner Fort is located 10 minutes to the entrance to Many Glaciers Park Entrance and 12 Minutes to Going to the Sun entrance.
Montana Old West has 8 full hook up campsites, Tent sites and dry parking, We offer Horse Hotel for those that love to bring their horses to experience Glacier National Park, Of course we love All Dogs ,but they must be leashed on our ranch and we have small animals live near loose, and very easy for dogs to get lost and distracted.
We are located on Fenner Fort on Duck Lake where the Lewis and Clark expedition camped right here and ate so much Duck Meat soup with too much grease, they all got belly ache and therefor named this the Duck Lake. Duck Lake is located on the Old North Trail also known as the travois trail, the Blackfeet would gather and call this lake "Drums by the Shore" as it is said to have spirits playing drums in the night.
