Nestled on 60 acres you'll find a private campground in a cottonwood grove just across a log bridge over Miner creek. Further down the gravel driveway you'll find a second campground that is tucked way back in a secluded cottonwood grove. The campgrounds are just 5 minutes to the charming historic downtown of Livingston and the Yellowstone River, 20 minutes to Bozeman and an hour to Yellowstone National Park. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly to other dogs. Our dogs freely roam the property. Miner Creek Campground 1 has a picnic table, fire ring (bring your own firewood), two hammocks, solar lighting, a small portable charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and an outhouse. Although you can car camp at the Campground 1, please note that the camper parking spot is just off the driveway, and not across the creek where the tent site, picnic table and fire pit are located. Campsite 3, The "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite, is just that! It's a 1-2 minute hike from the parking spot on an uneven trail through the trees. It has a fire ring (bring your own firewood), two camp chairs, solar lighting, a small portable grill (bring your own charcoal) and a small portalet. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready, to explore and do not need to be close by your car. Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. The trail is tight and uneven and closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in the "Creekside Oasis" campsite. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access. For both sites we recommend storing your food in your vehicle overnight.

Not For The Faint of Heart Camp 3
Cute little spot - very cosy, the toilet is a bit scary, but apart from that a very enjoyable camping spot!

Creekside Oasis - Camp 1
Perfect campsite
I couldn’t recommend this site more! There is a huge fire ring with seating and a grill, two hammocks, and about 4 spots to pitch a tent. The whole thing feels super private and magical. You’re under the trees next to a little stream. We had a wonderful time, and then in the morning were visited by Lewis, the sweetest, softest dog. He lounged around with us while we ate breakfast and showed off all his tricks. 10/10, I would rebook in a heartbeat.

Creekside Oasis - Camp 1
Cute
This was a great place to stop! Quiet except for a little road traffic and a train! Clean porta-potty. Hammocks and fire pit! I would recommend this and stay there again!

Creekside Oasis - Camp 1
We stayed 2 nights in Camp 1. Jenny was very responsive (we booked last minute) and the site was super easy to find and get to — even in our EV and work truck. There are plenty of spots for tents—we have a large tent that fit perfectly next to the fire pit. There were fire restrictions in place when we stayed so we just used the grill at the site. The kids loved the hammocks and playing in the creek. The port-a-potty was very clean and appropriately distanced from the tent site. We were there for a trip to Bozeman and this was a great, affordable way to see the city — Bozeman is an easy 20 min drive on the 90. Really the only con was the noise at night. Camp 1 is right off a fairly well-travelled road and so there is road noise plus a train that goes all night long. There were also some barking dogs the first night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Creekside Oasis - Camp 1
Beautiful secluded spots. You definitely get the camping vibe!! The birds in the marshy areas were amazing to see and listen to! The creek is lovely to have nearby on those hot days for dunking your feet into. Bring some DEET as the horse flies weren’t deterred by the picaridin or thermacell.
