18 acres Forest land abundant with wildlife. Only 3 rental sites on property. Host lives on property. No hook ups available. We do have water fill and dump station available for self contained campers/vans. AND 1 cozy comfortable off grid cabin. Join us to get some clean air, breath in the calm and refresh in the sounds of nature. Only 2 miles from town of Troy, MT. No fires or children allowed. Pets on leash at all times. Pack it in/Pack it out. Hiking into attached National Forest Land has spectacular views for experienced forest hikers only.18 acre property with a private secluded deep forest spot all to your own. Self contained campers and van's less than 25 feet preferred. No hook ups availavble and we have water to fill your tanks and you can dump trailer/van on site. Wildlife abundant so trash indoors only and pets on leash at all times. No children or tents permitted. Adjacent to 1000's of acres forest service land for experienced hikers only.

Wooded and quiet

Really pleasant, quiet, wooded surroundings, close to Troy. No hookups BUT water and dump station are easily accessible. Penny is very responsive and friendly. Thanks Penny!
