It's ok for an exaggerated listing
Whoever wrote the listing deserves an award for clever marketing. We found the details to be exaggerated. I never saw a fire pit unless it was the pile of wood and debris on the cement pad we were parked across from. The pool table is inside an open outbuilding / shed with who knows what living inside of it. The outside TV screen looked to be leaning on the floor of this same building. The grass was overgrown and not in any shape for playing yard games.
We parked just north of the blue house along the road/driveway. I think we were meant to go back in between the trees there, but an empty bathtub and hot tub prevented us from using this space and would have made connecting to water or electricity difficult. Where we parked allowed us to connect to the 30-amp outlet (located on the power pole in front of the house). We needed two hoses to reach the spigot for water at the house. When I asked if this water was potable, the text response was, "It should be." I ran into town to buy bottled water to drink.
There didn't seem to be any people living in the house or on the part of the property where we parked. A dog was living there, seemingly on his own. He seemed friendly but attention-starved. We often heard him barking at something between 10 and midnight.
This was a last-minute booking. It was cheap at $45 per night vs. $85+ in Billings at the KOA. But I guess it's true. You get what you pay for. We didn't feel unsafe. But after being there for five nights, we wanted to leave

Google directions took us to the wrong place. When we finally found the place, the host was gone. The person who was there wasnāt expecting us and wasnāt able to help us. The places they pointed us to had debris and other stuff in them - not ideal for tent camping. We ended up leaving.

Green Meadows
Just a rundown yard
I feel like we were led to believe there would be a designated spot to park based on the description of the sites to choose from. We pulled in fairly late in the evening after google maps took us to the wrong location. We srove down the road further and we werenāt quite sure if we were in the correct location, but after some google earth studying we deduced it must be the spot. There was just room for our trailer to fit in between the house and shed. That got us close enough to the power pole to plug our camper in. We werenāt expecting paradise, but a rusty well spigot is not what I would call potable water and the barking dog in the fenced yard made us feel like we were imposing. The host was plenty nice, just not available and there was no one there when we got there. We spoke to someone other than the host early the next morning. I would have expected to pay half of the rate that we did for the spot to park. Hipcamp, please require more info and a couple pictures that actually represent the space we are paying for. Thank you.
