Corner lot with gravel pad with pull through ability from 2nd ave to Fergus Ave via a dog leg right turn. Property is at the edge of town and has a tree wind screen on the west side to give a little protection from the wind and what little traffic may pass. Legion Bar and Grill is a 150 yard walk to the east down 2nd Ave. Dry camping only. Property is about 1/8 of an acre not 1 acre. Unfortunately, hipcamp entry doesn't allow a smaller entry than 1 in the acres box.Property is a corner lot 40x100 feet in dimensions with two entrances at opposite ends of the property. A tree-line on the western side of the property provides some protection against westerly winds and the little traffic that will pass by.
