Enjoy this sunny yet woodsy 5 acre mountain high spot..100% off grid.. Located 80 miles south of St. Louis. 1-1/2 miles off the main road (highway N). 20 mins to town from the spot. Johnson's Shut Ins park not far away. The property is fairly flat, partly open and part oak canopy. Great for hunting. Plenty of wild game inhabits the area.5 Acres of space to roam. Make a right onto the side drive and park on the left side of road in case nieghbor needs to get passed. The lot goes way back down the the side drive until the cut down stumps so you have all that space by a couple hundred feet down the main road. Property forms a rectangle but no clear markers exist.

Sunny Top Acres

It was tough to find the site, the area was also quite overgrown. I would recommend the owner put up a sign at the entrance of the property to avoid confusion and second-guessing. Otherwise, the land was great! There was a lovely view and the camping area was nice and open. A campfire space would be nice but not necessary. Overall, it was a positive experience.
