Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Sitting on approximately 20 acres of rual country setting is this stunning spot to unwind from your day to day routines. A little hike down the gravel road is a clear and cool spring creek. Perfect to get away from the internet and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. Prooerty is sitting about 5 miles from Duck Creek Conservation Area for fishing or to enjoy the scenery. Further down the road a few miles is Mingo National Wildlife Refuge. You can enjoy the boardwalk or bring your bikes to travel the trails as well as fishing.

Eclipse camping with dogs!

We made a last minute change in our plans for the 2024 eclipse. Christa’s place came up and we snagged it. We have a truck camper, so we were able to park onsite. It was more beautiful than pictures can capture. So quiet, plenty of space from other campers and our dogs loved exploring around. We lucked out to see the apple trees in bloom too! It was the best experience we could have hoped for. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!
