Campsite - A private 1.5 acre campsite with a firepit (and plenty of wood to burn in it) and direct access to the Lake of the Ozarks. The campsite connects to a 1-mile trail around the perimeter of the 54-acre property. Guests have access to several kayaks for enjoyment of a secluded inlet of the lake. RV site - We also provide an RV hook-up site completely separate from the campsite with access to the mentioned amenities (trail, kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, etc.). See photos for directions to the sites and a map of the perimeter trail.

Sawmill Hollow RV Hook-up Site

Perfect Place to Unwind

This is one of those places that you debate whether or not you should say how wonderful it is or not say a word so you can keep it to yourself. It’s the perfect place to escape. The hosts are so kind and do everything to make sure your time is enjoyable. Communication and directions were excellent. Truly a gem and my family and I feel very lucky to have found it.

Sawmill Hollow Creek Campsite

We absolutely LOVED our experience camping at Michael’s beautiful site! The area is very well maintained with thoughtful touches to make it comfortable and enjoyable. We camped with our young children and dog and we felt like this was a perfect spot for our family to be able to relax and truly enjoy nature! We loved being able to go out on the calm, shallow river together and being able to fish. The one mile hike around the property brought fun and adventure as well. Michael and his wife were so welcoming and kind and so helpful with anything we needed. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a private get away to truly be out and enjoy nature. We for sure plan on visiting again!

Everything you would need for a great camping trip is provided. Fire pit, wood, BBQ grill, picnic table, toilet, kayaks, water front access at the camp. Mike came to check on us and had great stories to tell.

Wow, I just had the most incredible camping adventure ever! Michael and his wife were absolutely amazing hosts, from our first email to our last goodbye. They welcomed us warmly and showed us around the beautiful property. We got to use kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat - it was such an adventure! We loved the tent site so much that we booked the RV site to extend our stay and soak up the peaceful atmosphere by the lake. I can't wait to go back and do it all over again!
