We live on a 15 acre farm. We have a barn, and a fenced in yard for the dogs. Much of the acreage is fenced off for cows. We have a small vegetable garden in the spring and summer and a large flower garden space in progress. There's a small pond on the property. In additions to cows, we also have chickens, barn cats, and dogs. We have a second driveway and half-circle drive for parking a camper or car, as well as flat spaces to pitch a tent. There is fishing nearby at the Amarugia Highlands Conservation Area and the city park.Pitch a tent, car camp, or park your RV. Access to bathroom, shower, laundry, and fire pit area. Wifi access available. Electricity available if you bring a long enough extension cord for outdoor outlet. Pets allowed, with limited use of fenced yard when not in use by our dogs. There's recreational fishing with state fishing permit nearby.

Jaime’s place was just in the right spot for a halfway stop along my route, with a real farmhouse feel in the morning and very nice and clean bathroom facilities. Totally worth it!

I wanted to try out tent camping in my truck for the first time and this was a great location for that. Host's were easy to communicate with and the location was easy to find. If you want a simple camping experience that isn't too far from the KC suburbs this is a great spot for that.

Country livin’ experience
Country farm camping experience was perfect for my taking my son on his first outdoor tenting overnight. There was a great fire pit, chairs with wood fully stocked. Great family owns the land and were very hospitable.
