We live on a 15 acre farm. We have a barn, and a fenced in yard for the dogs. Much of the acreage is fenced off for cows. We have a small vegetable garden in the spring and summer and a large flower garden space in progress. There's a small pond on the property. In additions to cows, we also have chickens, barn cats, and dogs. We have a second driveway and half-circle drive for parking a camper or car, as well as flat spaces to pitch a tent.
There is fishing nearby at the Amarugia Highlands Conservation Area and the city park.Pitch a tent, car camp, or park your RV. Access to bathroom*, shower*, laundry*, and fire pit area. Wifi access available. Electricity available if you bring a long enough extension cord for outdoor outlet. Pets allowed, with limited use of fenced yard when not in use by our dogs. There's recreational fishing with state fishing permit nearby. *must request access to indoor amenities at time of reservation.

Jaime’s place was just in the right spot for a halfway stop along my route, with a real farmhouse feel in the morning and very nice and clean bathroom facilities. Totally worth it!

I wanted to try out tent camping in my truck for the first time and this was a great location for that. Host's were easy to communicate with and the location was easy to find. If you want a simple camping experience that isn't too far from the KC suburbs this is a great spot for that.
