PeaceTree Farms is a charming Event Venue, Organic Farm and Outdoor Resort. Hosting everything from weddings, fall and holiday festivals to off-grid camping. Our 153 acre farm has been in our family since the 1970's and has been generally preserved as a wildlife and conservation farm. Your hosts, Katie and Steve are excited to share PeaceTree Farms with fellow nature lovers and outdoor adventurers.

Loved it

We loved camping out here , scenic views, nice staff and plenty of privacy! This is how campgrounds should be ( not that we mind people but when we camp out we want nature not noise) we will definitely be back

THE COTTAGE AT PEACETREE

We spent one night of a 7-night cross country road trip from Seattle, WA to Space Coast, FL in the cottage. Rather than stay at typical hotel accommodations, we opted to find homey lodging, dark skies, and the refreshing countryside to help transform such a long car journey into an adventure. I was thrilled to find PeaceTree Farms. Katie is a gem of a host, very friendly and welcoming. We arrived before sunset and were able to eat dinner on our front porch, enjoying the view down the valley, which as Katie says...the far ridge is Illinois! She had shared that we could walk down to the pavilion area where there is a big campfire ring and could enjoy a fire there later. We walked down to stretch our legs and be social. We ended up around a campfire with Katie, her husband, and her sister, telling stories and laughing and just having a great time. The view of the sunrise from the cottage is gorgeous. We did not take advantage of any of the other amenities of the area. We literally were only passing through for one night as we needed to get a move on down the road, but there is so much to do here, I think you could easily have a wonderful country vacation here and not ever have to leave the property.

REFLECTION RIDGE

My son and I camped here and it was awsome. The lake was beautiful and clean to swim. They also had canoes to use. The lake is stocked with bass, catfish, and blue gill. The fish were easy to catch and perfect for beginners. The clearing made it perfect for star gazing during the night. The trees danced in the wind, which put me to sleep like a baby. It was private and had it all to myself. It was a wonderful place to get away for some peace and quiet. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thanks Katie for making it possible.

THE COTTAGE AT PEACETREE

This cottage is a MUST stay!

Absolutely ADORED staying at this beautiful property! From the breathtaking sunrise every morning to the wonderful host, this stay is a MUST. There are loads of trails to walk, a lake to swim/canoe in, fire pits to roast s'mores on, and so much more. I truly cannot recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back and enjoy again!

Site 2 - PeaceTree Farms Sunny Meadow

Quietly camping with our doggos

PeaceTree Farms was a beautiful and quiet location for our camping trip over Labor Day Weekend. We needed to bring our dogs along, and this place was perfect for us all! We had lots of room to stroll around the property, a very clean and maintained location for our camp site, and an absolutely amazing view of the night sky! Even though we didn't partake in them, PeaceTree had loads of other activities anyone could have participated in like frisbee golf stands, a beautiful lake with life vests, rafts, etc. (others brought their own). Wonderful spot not far from STL either! Thank you, PeaceTree, for being so kind and having a wonderful place for people to get away!
