Thank you for checking out our listing! You'll be camping on a 200 year old Century Cattle farm.. You're guaranteed a campsite of solitude on the beautiful banks of the Gasconade River. Not a stones throw away from the water. We hope to see you soon!!
This is a wonderful, quiet, secluded spot right on the Gasconade River. The hosts, Jenna and Jimmy, were incredibly friendly and willing to help do anything to make our stay enjoyable. They (and their adorable children) provided a welcome s’mores kit and flower, not only had firewood available for us, but had it all arranged to light and even had a bottle of lighter fluid setting with it, and took time the next morning to help us out… and all with a friendly smile! This is a great spot to sit by the water and watch wildlife, take a swim or boat ride, and even take a cool bike ride down the shaded gravel country road. Thanks, Jenna and Jimmy, for everything; we will be back. :)
We had a magical time staying at the Gasconade River Farm and Ranch!! Our hosts Jenna and Jimmy were just the sweetest. When we arrived they had brownies and firewood ready for us. And this is AFTER they put in a ton of work to get us a nice spot in the middle of a rain storm. We spent the weekend swimming, exploring, and catching small mouth out of the river. We had an such an amazing time and give this place and the amazing hosts a huge 100/10!! Thank you so much for such a beautiful and wonderful experience for our Labor Day Weekend!
This location is beautiful and secluded. We had such an amazing experience camping and fishing on our own little heavenly slice of the gasconade. Jenna was so kind and provided excellent communication. We caught several fish and even saw a bald eagle. They provided us with a very generous pile of firewood and made sure everything was perfect! 10/10 will recommend all my friends. We could not have asked for a better anniversary/labor day weekend.
