All to yourself
100% of recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp felt private.
Eco-minded homestead/ art park in a charming Ozarks river valley. Stroll through the gardens, commune with massive white oak trees, watch some "chicken tv" or "goat tv'. Minutes to walk or drive to the Sycamore public access on Bryant Creek and Historic Hodgson Water Mill. Great home base for mill tours, spring-hopping, hiking the Ozark Trail, or just relaxing and immersing in farm life.Settle in for a relaxing get-away, less than a five minute walk to the serene Bryant Creek! This grassy area has space for one or more tents and a perfect hammock spot! You’ll be looking out over a peaceful field and surrounding breathtaking hills. The night sky is a sight to behold as you listen to nature's nighttime song. There is a fire ring nearby and you’ll have access to an outdoor kitchen with grill, outhouse, and outdoor shower. The cell service is spotty, allowing you to enjoy time “unplugged”. Come experience the magic of the Ozarks! Seasonal foods/goods (such as such as eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, sweet potatoes) are typically available for purchase upon arrival, bring cash if interested!

Fun on the farm!
Tent
I had a very memorable time on Amelia and Eric’s farm. They are such kind and safe humans. They took their time to show me around and answer any questions. Their property is wonderful and so are the animals. I highly recommend staying here.

Amelia and Eric’s place is fascinating to see. Staying there you get a feel for what their farm produces, and for the various community events that go on there. I really like the sculptures too!

The field offers plenty of space to put up tents. The hosts are amazing folks who are always kind and hospitable. Their barn with the stage and entire compound is warm and inviting. The best shows in the Ozarks are played here.

Magic in the Ozarks!
Tent
I loved tent camping at Flotsam Farm! Amelia and Eric are such great hosts and were so friendly. They were very helpful but also gave me my space to enjoy solitude. I loved spending time among their sweet dogs, goats, and chickens when I wasn't out adventuring! This area of the world is incredibly inspirational. Scenic views, clear skies, sounds of nature...I am now recharged! Thanks Flotsam Farm!
