Wolf Lake Woods Rustic Retreat
We brought out 22’ camper trailer to Wolf Lake Woods and it was a tight squeeze getting in, as we knew it would be. The sight was worth the effort. It was quiet, the outhouse was clean and the area was fun to explore. The bundle of wood was a nice touch and having the ability to purchase more from Jennifer was so convenient.

Private with a few limitations
Overall it was a good camping experience. We did like the fact that it's a one camp site location. Definitely complete privacy. However, There were a few things that made the site a little less desirable. For a good portion of the day there was the ongoing noise of a nearby lawn mower. The background noise was further added to when a dog in the area barked throughout the night. I think this would be a great site for someone who just needs a place to sleep but not necessary a place to explore or do recreational things on the land itself. As stated in the site description the road leading back to the campsite is very off road like. Keep that in mind when booking.

Quaint Farm Land Camping
This was the first time we've taken our dogs camping with us & wanted to do something relatively close, yet remote. The signage for the turn to the actual site was difficult to see, so we accidentally ended up in Jennifer's yard. However, we were greated by 2 darling dogs & a sweet cow in her front yard. Jennifer was quite prompt in helping & responding to our confusion, noting the rain made the trail muddy.
It was a light off-road adventure, much to the delight of my husband with our Ford Raptor. The road was a bit narrow for our truck, but 4WD was necessary to get to the site due to rain. It was great to have the site to ourselves, but can certainly see how it'd be a nice gathering spot with friends.
The only real complaint we had was the noise pollution from being so close to the road. And the fact that someone was lighting off fireworks at the nearby campground until about 11 pm. Not the host's fault in the slightest! Overall, great spot for the price & amenities provided for primitive camping!

Wolf Lake Woods Rustic Retreat
Great spot! Very little road/traffic sound. Host was super nice and her family were beyond helpful. I got stuck in the mud the first night (around 9pm) and her family came to help get my car unstuck and bring some stuff to our campsite so we didn't have to carry everything. There is good wood bundles onsite and clean water. Would highly recommend.

Awesome spot! Easy to find just follow the signs and it has good flat space for plenty of tents and an out house. Enjoyed staying here!

Wolf Lake Woods Rustic Retreat
I booked this for my husband and son to go camping. They loved the stay, especially the outhouse. They did say that the wood left a lot to be desired but would book again.
