40 acres of peaceful hunting land with a mixture of woods, swamp, hay fields, and a permanent campsite established in the corner. There are trails throughout the woods that can be used for hiking/biking. Plenty of room for parking and multiple campers/tents. Campsite is well maintained and has 30 amp hookups and an outhouse.We carved out a corner of our 40 acre hunting land to create a campsite where family and friends could gather and enjoy themselves. It started out quite modest and year after year, grew into something we are proud of. We made many small improvements and eventually added an outhouse and electricity. We have enjoyed it for years and would now like to invite you to enjoy it too.

Private Site. No other campers
It is completely private. While there is a minor amount of road traffic, you can’t see them and they can’t see you. There is plenty of land for your dog to run and there is plenty of grass yard to play as well. Eric is very communicated and a nice guy. I loved it here. Also Little Falls is not too far and many parks along the Mississippi.

Peaceful area!
Wow!!! What a gem! I came in crabby from the heat and within 5 minutes I was so relaxed! Wonderful and peaceful area. Eric went above and beyond for us. We got stuck leaving due to the inch of rain we got the night before. He got us help and sent us on our way. The area was so beautiful with bird houses and some flowers. The night was so incredibly silent. So peaceful! I fully recommend this place!!!!! Thanks again Eric!

Beautiful Land and Excellent Host
The land is so beautiful and peaceful! The outhouse was pristine, and there were other very useful things like extra extension cords, firewood and a picnic table. Our dogs enjoyed running around and sniffing all the trees in the large mowed areas. We got ourselves in a pickle by driving into the soft grass and getting despite Eric's suggestion to stay on the gravel driveway. He was so kind and helpful, responded right away and came to help out. Lovely view and amazing host, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Eric’s place is fantastic! Good people to communicate with, the land is very large and perfect for groups. We had an amazing time, definitely would book for another camping trip:) Thank you Eric!!!

We struck GOLD🥇
I am speechless with how much we loved this site! We were so surprised with the amount of space and mowed grass there was, all was very well maintained. Would be a great spot for large gatherings! Outhouse was as clean as a whistle! Very easy to set up with electric and all. Eric was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed! YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE, we definitely will be booking this site again😁
