This is a new campground to Rock County near Luverne, MN. This property is known as the "boy scouts" by the locals. When we were kids we spent time on this property riding bike, horses, and exploring. We have turned this 13 acre property into 22 site campground that we are excited to share with you. (also available on Airbnb/VRBO) (Sweet Retreat, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath) Nestled in a bed of trees just 2 miles from I-90 and 1/4 mile South of the Luverne City Park. This campground has 12 sites with rural water and 20,30&50 amp electric at every site. Dump Station. 8 Full Hook Up Sites (Sewer, Water, Electric) Two small ponds and shade trees. Wifi. Shower House/Bathrooms. Campers can enjoy the quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife, a perfect place for bird watching. We also have a paved bike trial that connects to the campground that leads to miles of trials around Luverne and out to the State park.

Site 5-Pull Through Water/Electric

The bathrooms & showers weren't clean and there wasn't any paper towel or toilet paper. But the site was easy to pull in for the night and the location to Blue Mounds state park and the drive in movie theater were perfect. Overall convenient and affordable while traveling but not somewhere to stay if you plan on "camping" instead of just stopping for a night. It was easy to book and no hassle with late check in or anything like that.

Site 8- Pull Through Water/Electric

I had trouble changing my reservation online. I called River View Campground and they were able to help me. I will definately go back to this campground. It was a perfect place to stay to break up our trip from Wiscosin to South Dakota. Conveniently located near restaurants.

Site 16- Full hook up Back In

Small RV w animals!

We were in need of an overnight spot and were thrilled to find this spot! Easy to get to, pretty level spot, full hookup! For us this was ideal and as we booked the only available spot late afternoon the hosts were around to greet us as we rolled in - but everything was easy to figure out if they hadn't been. There is an awesome trail that takes you into town if you run/walk! We will stay again for sure.

Site 14- Full Hook Up Pull Through

Go some where else

Run down with a disgraceful restroom. Sites are packed in together and ours not level. A washboard dirt road to the campground. No host, staff, or owner on aite.
