The LAV & LOUNGE
Had a great night staying at the farm. Lovely farm and lovely people. Nice to be able to walk to the beach down the road. Slept in the small Rv. Nice to have shelter when the rain showed up. Beautiful large tree helped create some shade and really nice to have a fire pit and small table to cook on. Over all a great evening, close to the cities. Would definitely recommend.

Private, very basic.
It depends completely on what one is looking for. This place is very basic. The gas stove does not work, nor does the ac, but the lights and outlets do, and there is a working fridge with small freezer. The toilet is a "pour your own flush." The bed is quite narrow for 2 older adults. The mattress is not comfy, which we did not think of until we were actually laying on it and it felt like it was too late to be seeing if there might be some kind of topper. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the frogs and toads that hop about and under the trailer as well as the loon and other bird calls, and the privacy. The fire pit is lovely and was our favorite spot. We were only there for one night, so did not get a chance to tour the interesting historical farm buildings. So all in all I would say it was okay in some ways and lovely in others.

Welcome ! Pioneer Farm @ Fish Lake
Kind People, Lovely Site.
Nancy and Kal were welcoming, kind, and helpful! The land is beautiful and the closeness to the lovely beach at Fish Lake is a huge plus. Be sure to stop into Kal’s beautiful glass art studio as well! We’ll certainly be back.

Welcome ! Pioneer Farm @ Fish Lake
Nancy and Karl are the sweetest ladies ever they have a beautiful property a little out the way but not a far drive at all if you do plan on doing other events. My fiancée and I had a wonderful time and already are planning to come back. They are also expanding and adding features! If you get the chance also check out Kals art studio/shop the glass work she does is beautiful.

The Duplex in the Woods
Great Stay
Nancy and Kalli were so nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The camper was secluded and kept us dry during a thunderstorm. Lots of frogs around, a firepit for us to use, and super close to the lake! Our 4 year old and pup had a blast. Everything was simple and easy, just what we wanted for our first Hipcamp experience.
Be sure to check out the garden and Kalli's art while you're there too!
