Located 14 miles outside of Duluth’s Canal Park area, we have the perfect location for privacy, as well as, being close enough to enjoy Duluth’s many tourist attractions. We are also near multiple popular hiking, biking and skiing areas and state parks, such as Jay Cooke State Park and Spirit Mt. Our private apartment offers a deck overlooking our pond and forest area, with all the amenities of home and the natural atmosphere of camping. Our Forest Camper also offers many amenities in a smaller package.

Perfect Apartment!

The apartment was amazing! Clean, decorated beautifully in my favorite midcentury style. The table was big enough for our big family meal. It was a perfect fit for visiting our college kid with our tinies. Everyone stayed and watched a movie and the adults spent time warming up in the sauna. We had fun adding more miles on the SHT. We will be back and telling all our friends to visit!

We enjoyed staying in the camper on the property. The camper is tucked back in a perfect spot. The location is close to everything we needed while also having multiple activities on the land.

This place is heaven on earth! It is truly a combination of an IKEA showroom + Hallmark movie set. High suggest staying here! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment space is so cozy and the land is beautiful. The location was also a huge plus, it is an easy drive to Duluth, but still outside the city enough to be quiet and peaceful.
