Our land is very special with positive energy vibes. If you're looking for a relaxing place to watch the diamonds dance on the lake, listen to the birds sing and watch the butterflies dance around n the meadow, you'll instantly start to relax. Learn more about this land: We offer TWO campsites, Meadow and Oak. Meadow is in an open meadow hill alongside forest and wetland, situated next to West Lake with dock access. Paddle to Waukenabo Lake through the channel. View the eagle's nest. Campfire ring in both sites. Oak is secluded and right on West Lake. Access [5-minute walk] to outhouse "Scheissplatz" known as the cleanest and cutest in Aitkin County. Fresh well water available to all campers.  Bring your container to fill up for the freshest Wasser!  Wood can be gathered from the forest floor or any dead tree branches. No cutting of live trees. You may bring your own wood as long as you burn it all up. You can walk to the our pole shed, "Steinbeck" and pet the animals.  We have a horse "Buddy", donkey "Archer", two goats "Frank & Randy", eleven sheep "Lorraine, Mabel, April, Lynn and Princess Mary Margaret just to name a few! We have 3 egg laying hens named "The Ladies", and our Brittany Spaniel dog., "Benji." You can hike through the woods.  We are situated in 174 acres and adjacent to state forest land.  The loons call in the evening and life is good relaxing at East Lake Ranch.  Great first time experience for kids. It was a great spot and nice and private. We were able to bring our boat and dock it at the campsite. The fishing was good too.

Gorgeous spot and dog approved 🥰
The meadow was a STUNNING campsite! It was absolutely perfect. Perfect amount of privacy, and quietness (aside from our 11 month old who's exploring her voice 😄) . Jake & Amy's property is spectacular. We loved being able to go love on the animals! The kayaks were a very nice addition. Thank you so much for sharing this gem with us! Our dogs loved being able to roam free too. We will certainly be back next year ❤️

Oak
We spent one night at the oak campground and it was amazing! Beautiful views, quiet and spacious. We definitely plan on returning soon!

My partner and I loved tent camping at East Lake Ranch! If you’re looking for an escape to nature that is easily accessible and peaceful, this is the place for you. The land and lake are both teeming with wildlife, so bring your binoculars- and ample bug protection, too!

Oak
The oak site is secluded, and the site is spacious. It's nestled in tall trees, and has a great view of the lake. Buddy and Archer were just up the hill from the site, and the eagles nest just a bit further. Just as described, access to the lake was close to the other campsite. We enjoyed using the kayaks provided. We had a relaxing time there, which is just what we were looking for. Amy is great! She is energetic and inspiring. I genuinely enjoyed meeting her.
