Turtle Point
Turtle Point or Beaver Pond?
This site was ideal for a quick mindfulness stay. I heard a number of coyotes in the evening. As well as watching a couple of beavers work tirelessly on a huge oak tree. Fascinating rodents. I heard them around 2 in the morning. Quietly got out of my tent and crawled to the edge of a pond and there they were. I’ll be going back and I will recommend this site to my friends and family. And having free firewood to gather was an added bonus. Thanks Matt!

Great site, plenty of room and privacy at Gus’ Grove. Well kept and clean.

Turtle Point
Straight up nature
Other than not being able to use the picnic table because people mowed around it instead of moving out to mow, it was actually really nice! It was beautiful and peaceful and very private.

Gus's Grove
Not for camping
This isn't really a place for camping. You'll need to drive to a restroom, the included wood is full-size trees you'll need to chop yourself, and the "road" to the site is so mud logged you couldn't walk it if you wanted to.
Super cool for axe throwing! Paintball would have been great but we wanted to play a particular type that we had to reserve but didn't have enough people to reserve.
It's not a place for camping. It seems like a place you would go to paintball and may just happen to throw up a tent.

Great quiet site. Depending on what leveling you have you may need a longer power cord.

Turtle Point
We had a great time at Matt's land. It was private and secluded from other campers. We saw lots of wild life around the site. Check in was easy to figure out and clear. My big family of 12 will definitely be coming back again.
