This is one of the best campsites I have ever been one. It was a short stay but we did not want to leave. The woods and the river view was great. We will definitely be back. Eric was great! Thanks for letting us stay.

I have purposely not reviewed Eric's site even thought I have stayed there several time. I have a hard time sharing this awesome spot. If you want total solitude this is the spot for you. It is privative and well maintained. I have always camped by the river because I have a vehicle that allows me to do so. If it rains I would stay at the upper site.

This campsite has two really cool spots for your tent. The first one’s right by the access road, so it's super easy to set up and get to the restrooms and picnic table. It's great if you want convenience and don't mind being closer to your car.
The second spot is a bit of a hike, but it’s totally worth it. It’s right next to a river, surrounded by beautiful forest and the calming sound of water. It has amazing views, perfect if you’re into nature and don’t mind a little extra effort.
The whole area felt very private and was a small slice of paradise and a great escape! Definitely will be coming back!

Stay with travel trailer and dog
What a wonderful place. We went there with our 22 foot travel trailer. You will have to be careful driving in with a higher trailer, because the last part is a low maintenance road. We did not have any difficulties with the road itself, but you will have to be mindful about tree branches.
We could not have chosen a better place for our first Hipcamp experience. Eric communicated so well, the camp was very clean and the whole site well maintained . Besides the peace and awesome views on the bluff we appreciated the multitude of trails and so did our dog :) There are several different trails leading from the upper to the lower campsite by the river. It feels like a much larger area than 8 acres. The trees by the upper campsite are mostly mature maples. It must be very pretty in fall. Can’t wait to find it out next fall!
The outhouse was roomy and very clean as well. I 100% recommend this Hipcamp.
