We have 20 Acres of rolling hills, mostly forested, nestled on the banks of a flowing creek, we are also a budding flower farm, this summer there will be hundreds of dahlias blooming, along with many other flowers. If you have a special occasion, that calls for fresh flowers, be sure to let us know! Our setting is quiet, private and scenic. We occasionally see the Aurora Borealis right from our house. We are located in beautiful Manistee, Michigan where outdoor adventures abound!! Manistee is a peaceful, quaint Northern Michigan town with shopping, antiquing, fine dining and a River Walk. We are minutes from award winning fishing spots on the Big Manistee, Little Manistee, Bear Creek Trout Streams and the Platte River. There are many opportunities to canoe, kayak and paddle board. We are 10 minutes from the Lake Michigan shore, and many beaches are close by. You have a choice of gorgeous sand beaches with picturesque dunes, and rocky beaches for those looking for fossils, agates, beach glass and beautiful beach stones. We are within an hour of Sleeping Bear Dunes which has award winning hiking. Traverse City is 40 minutes away with many activities, especially the Cherry Festival. The area is known for live music venues, and lots of weekend art festivals. Manistee is also home to the Little River Casino. We have firepits at each campsite, dry firewood is available to purchase, feel free to pay by cash, Venmo or CashApp, cost is $11.00 a wheelbarrow. Fresh flowers are available to purchase, seasonally. An outhouse is available for use and is supplied with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. There is a garbage can and recycling bin near the outhouse. We installed a water hydrant so you can get potable water to bring back to your site, or hose off with on the spot. A scenic small creek runs by many of the campsites. We live on the property and are here to answer your questions. Feel free to text us. We hope you enjoy your stay!! Dean and Jackie

Elwood Creek Side
My husband and I camped here with our dog at the Elwood Creek Site. We had the place to ourselves and it was so peaceful relaxing in the woods next to the creek. Dean came to greet us and give some tips on things to do in the area. The site was easy to find as well. Beautiful property and great people!

Great campground and hosts. Nice to have trails onsite to walk and surrounding area has plenty to do. Creek running through campsite is a nice plus too.

Beautiful campsite! The secluded spot among the trees and down by the brook made our stay idyllic! We arrived at dark so it was a bit hard to find, but the space was perfect! The fire ring and picnic table were perfectly placed. The water source and outhouse were a bit of a hike but nestled just past a garden of gorgeous flowers! We had the entire huge grassy yard to ourselves and our dog was in heaven! While the camping property was quiet, the road noise from highways nearby was a reminder we were close enough to civilization. We look forward to returning someday!

This property offers a variety of sites, many I did not get to see. The sites include a picnic table and fire ring. There is a pit toilet and access to water within 100 yards. The only knock I have is that the sites are fairly close together and don’t feel private when they are all occupied. We had a great time anyway! Camp is what you make it.

The area was perfect for a few nights out. The stream by tucker was a big hit with the kids and hearing it at night was very peaceful. We had room to add our 2 hammocks to read and relax in. Parking and water/toilet facilities were close and in good shape. I would recommend it to others.
