Our weekend at the Tiny House was better than what I expected! My boyfriend and I biked to the beach and back. We grilled out back and when we had our dinner all the utensils were there already! And the bathroom had all necessary toiletries as well! We had nothing to worry about. Literally anything you need Shawn was already ahead of you and had everything there. Even if we needed something right away ready to help. It’s location was perfect too! I recommend this place for everyone and for any occasion. Hospitality was exceptional! Such a lovely stay. I would love to go back!

Shaun was the ULTIMATE host. He truly thought of everything. This tiny house was super posh. We had a full bathroom that was stocked with towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was super comfy. There was a window AC unit which was such a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had everything that we needed; utensils, paper towels, coffeemaker, coffee, toaster oven, microwave and a spacious fridge. There was also a television, WiFi and a small sitting area inside. There was a cooler, gas grill, fire pit, citronella candles and seating outside. The cool thing about this space is that it’s located in a residential neighborhood; however, the area is quiet, private, spacious and amongst a mini forest. This tiny house is about two miles away from anything that you need; pharmacy, grocery store and restaurants. On our last day we visited downtown Holland and picked up some yummy treats. This tiny house gives you the amenities of a hotel while still offering a true camping experience. We cooked on an open fire both nights that we stayed here. We had ample firewood due to the forestry location. The only negative, which Shaun has no control over, is a flood light that the neighbor has. It was really bright and it took away from the fireside experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

The tiny house was wonderful! Cozy, quiet, comfortable, easy to get to. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed our weekend. It was nice to come back to our home at the end of the day. We hope to return!

Shaun went out of his way to make sure we knew the area and offered recommendations for nearby attractions. The tiny house is impeccable, every detail was considered. The place was clean, private and the location incredible as it is within 5 minutes of Lake Michigan. There’s just enough of a woodsy feel to feel like camping with all the amenities and a great affordable price for the are. I highly recommend staying here.
