Glamping on the Farm
Nice place!
Spent a cold fall weekend here (November 17-19, 2023). Night time temps got down to 26F, which was a bit chilly. Wood stove did good at keeping things warm (interior temp around 60F), but I also brought a propane heater (Mr, Heater Big Buddy) and a couple of 20 pound propane tanks so I could run it on high the entire weekend. That helped! Daytime temps were almost 50F and it was sunny, so it was just lovely. Made burgers on the fire pit the first night; steak on the second. Brought my own cast iron pan so I could cook breakfast on the wood stove. Nice! Bath house is convenient and right next to the tent. Wasn’t able to try the shower (pipes froze at night), but it looked OK. It was clean. But older (you could tell both the tent, deck, and bath house had seen a few seasons). Ben was a pleasure to meet and very accommodating for a few minor issues I had. Location-wise, it’s convenient (barely a 20 minute drive from downtown Plymouth, and a 5 minute drive from Whitmore Lake’s business district). You’ll get a bit of road noise during the day, but at night after 9-10 pm it quiets down nicely. Overall a nice “glamping” experience that would be easy to “FLY” right by due to the unmarked entrance. If you’re looking for a completely rural/wild experience, look elsewhere, but it’s so conveniently located it was a good choice for me.

Glamping on the Farm
Loved the tent and overall setup. A nice spot just off their main driveway behind a couple greenhouses. Stayed on a cool 40deg night and was able to keep the tent around 60deg through the night, which is right where I want it. Made dinner on the grill one night and in a pan on the stove the next. Really nice setup with everything you need.
