Want to feel like you’re out of the city and nestled up in the woods? Come to Mr. Joe’s Campground. All sites back in the woods are 50-100 feet away from the next. Woods, playground, frisbee golf course, and beautiful trees. Minutes from dozens of beautiful lakes, golf courses, Sand Dune‘s, light houses, vineyards, or maybe you would prefer to just sit around the fire, and tell stories and laugh. Duck Lake, Green Lake, Silver Lake, Long Lake, Lake Ann, Lake Dubonet are minutes away. Interlochen Golf Course right down the road. Bradleys, Dilbert's, Hofbrau, and Oakys are great restaurants within 3 miles.

Such a good experience! Campsite was large and well maintained and the owner truly cares about guests’ experience. I will be staying here again when I’m back in the area

Great, new camp!
Loved this campground! Quiet, lots of spaces between the site . It’s brand new, so there’s still site improvements being made but you can tell Joe really listens to his customers and wants to make it a great experience for everyone. We look forward to a return visit!

Great large campsites!!!
We had a great time at Joe’s campsite! Joe was adamant about ensuring we had all the necessary information to enjoy our tent stay at his site — contacting us via email, text, and even a warming phone call before we arrived! We would absolutely visit again, he is making more and more sites, so it would be great to visit again when all of the sites are fully developed.

Great rustic camping. The lots are big and spread out, perfect for a peaceful getaway in the forest. They are still setting up the lots and doing startup work on the grounds, but even in the early stages, you can tell that it is a special place.

We had a great stay at the campground. There is a decent amount of space between campgrounds so you don’t feel so close to other sites. Joe is very friendly and accommodating. Our site had a nice space for the tent, a bonfire and a picnic table. We would stay again!
