The site was very spacious, almost couldn't get my 33 ft RV through the gate but we made it. The first night was great, saw some deer in the woods. Very pretty in the morning with the sun. There is a rooster that is constantly making noise but it's far away where it's not obnoxious. The 2nd day we started to smell what smelled like road kill and we had to close up our RV windows. No water but there is electric so it was good enough for us. You can see the neighbors through the woods but they didn't bother us. The GPS maps will take you to the neighbors so be aware it's very hidden. Other than that it was very peaceful! It was private enough for us and our two dogs who are very barky and reactive to others. Would stay again.

The site was well maintained and exactly as advertised.
The property went back deep into the woods for exploring and dog walking.
Bent was attentive by reaching out to make sure everything was going as planned. He was also reachable when I had a question. My group had a great time!

Pretty cleared area on a wooded lot. Fairly close to Fletcher's pond. Not entirely secluded, with visible neighbors.
