Hello and Welcome! Please read entire description as to know what to fully expect: Our Mercedes Sprinter Van was renovated in 2021, with it's Scandinavian inspired design it helps bring the outdoors inside, all while experiencing a clean and cozy stay. The king size bed with wrap-around windows makes waking up an experience every morning! The bed area converts into a living area dinette, which makes for a perfect workspace. Want more of the outdoors? Open up the back doors, or side sliding door and let the breeze in. Both are fitted with screens to keep any summer bugs away. Stay warm on chilly nights and cool in the summer sun with our portable AC and heating system. Full kitchen available with a gas oven and stove, mini fridge and supplied with all cooking items you may need including a toaster, electric kettle, and multiple ways to make your favorite hot drink. The sink also has hot water available. The outside of the van is a comfortable place to hangout with a patio chairs and table. There is a also portable toilet available close to the van that you have full time access to. You also have access to the second floor of our home to use the full bathroom and laundry room from 10:00AM - 8:00PM every day. We do have a dog named Tucker we roams the property freely and will most likely come to greet you if he has the chance. We do have a gate in the upper part of our home so he won't bother you when you are using the bathroom and laundry room but he may bark once or twice when you enter the house. Lastly you are welcome to use the back patio area off of our home where you can enjoy a campfire, use the gas grill, or just enjoy basking in the sun.
